Simon – Compliance & Certification Specialist

Simon brings extensive technical and auditing expertise across quality management, environmental standards, and energy efficiency compliance.

He holds qualifications including NEBOSH Health & Safety and CDM certification, and is a qualified Lead Auditor across multiple internationally recognised standards, including ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. Simon also has specialist auditing experience within automotive and aerospace quality management frameworks.

In addition to his auditing credentials, Simon has completed the Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator qualification and has spent over six years working as a PAS 2030 and MCS consultant within the construction and retrofit sectors.

His experience includes supporting businesses through certification, compliance implementation, and onboarding processes with funding providers, major energy suppliers, and industry accreditation bodies such as CHAS, Constructionline, and SMAS.

Simon has worked alongside a wide range of MCS-certified organisations across the UK, supporting compliance, certification readiness, and ongoing quality assurance.

Paul – PAS 2030 & Compliance Specialist

Paul brings well over a decade of hands-on compliance and accreditation experience, supporting businesses of all sizes — from sole traders and growing installers to large national organisations.

He has extensive real-world experience across all areas of PAS 2030 accreditation and compliance, with deep working knowledge of certification requirements, audit expectations, and ongoing compliance management.

Paul has worked with certification bodies across the PAS 2030 landscape, giving him valuable insight into how audits are conducted, what assessors look for, and how businesses can best prepare to achieve and maintain certification.

His practical, straight-talking approach helps clients understand compliance requirements clearly and implement systems that work in real operational environments.
